Terms and conditions of hire with Alter ego… for hire:

Alter ego… for hire will supply the client after enquiry, within the size range available.

*Please note that it is not possible to alter garments as you would expect to tailored standards if purchased.

All Alter Ego … for hire garments are quality checked and processed after each hire. Quality is ensured to a high standard free from any defects

What we expect from you (the client):

Alter Ego… for hire will not be held responsible for any discrepancies in measurements not taken by Alter Ego… for hire. (It is the clients job to check and confirm all sizes on the order form).

A deposit of 50 % is payable upon confirmation of booking hire garments.

A fitting must be arranged prior to the wedding (otherwise Alter Ego will take no responsibility for ill fitting garments).

Any fitting problems or discrepancies of items must be reported at the final fitting otherwise Alter Ego… for hire will take no responsibility for the issue and a sur-charge may incur.

Note: Children may require several fittings

Cancellations:

Deposit payed upon confirmation booking is non-refundable

If a cancellation occurs within 2 weeks of hire date the full cost of hire must be paid in full.

Later collection date or an earlier delivery date than hire period will incur surcharges of:

+4 days after stated collection date = a weeks hire will be the stated price + 50%

+1 day after stated collection date  =  10% of hire price.

All garments must be returned upon collection date stated. Failure to return Items carries an additional charge of 15% each day of hire cost.

Please take care and be responsible for all hire garments.

Items hired are the soul responsibility of the hirer

A fee for any items lost/damaged will be charged at cost price to the hirer.

A waiver will incur for any items accidentally damaged. It is up to the discretion of Alter Ego … for hire to allow waiver.

The waiver DOES NOT cover lost/stolen items.

A security deposit of 100% hire cost will be left by the client with Alter Ego… for hire. The deposit is payable via cash, credit card or cheque, which will be held by Alter Ego… for hire, who will return the deposit in full upon satisfactory return of hired items. The deposit will not be processed unless items are damaged/lost or stolen.

Alter Ego… for hire will only use any personal information given for the reason it was provided only and will only hold any personal information till it is necessary.

Alter Ego… for hire will not pass on any personal information to third parties and all employees are obliged to respect you’re the clients confidetuallity.
